ZZP (zelfstandige zonder personeel) sole proprietorship

A sole proprietorship is established by one person, who is also the owner of the company.

This means that although it may employ employees, there is only one owner, who is also liable with his personal assets for any debts arising from the company's operations.

VOF (vennootschap onder firma) General Partnership

An unincorporated partnership is formed as a result of a contract between two or more individuals. Each partner bears full responsibility, including in private, for the company's activities. The Articles of Incorporation record the arrangements for the distribution of profits, general goals and business operations that have been agreed upon between the partners.

BV (besloten vennootschap) Limited liability company

This is a form of business in the form of an incorporated company. BV can be established either alone or with several other people, and the process of establishing a BV company requires a notary public. The capital of a BV company is divided into shares, which are distributed to the shareholders, i.e. the owners of the BV company.

Annual income tax settlement is included in the cost of the subscription only for subscriptions lasting a minimum of 10 months.
